Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This notice explains how we process your personal data as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
We process only what you submit through our forms. We run no advertising measurement and do not make you known to ad networks. A technical measurement records how long pages take to load and how often each page is viewed; it uses no cookies and does not identify you. In addition, and only with your explicit consent, Google Analytics runs: it links your page views together under an anonymous visitor number and transfers that data to Google. If you decline, or later withdraw consent, it never runs.

3. Special categories of data
The height and weight we ask for on complementary and private health quotes are health data, a special category under Article 6 of the KVKK.
We process them only with your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. Without that consent we cannot prepare a health quote, though our other services remain available. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Purposes
- Obtaining quotes from our partner insurers and presenting them to you
- Issuing policies and administering them
- Handling claim notifications and following claim files
- Contacting you at renewal
- Answering your questions and completing your request
- Meeting legal obligations arising from insurance regulation
5. Legal grounds
- Necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c)
- Compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç)
- Legitimate interests (KVKK art. 5/2-f) — running quote and renewal processes
- Explicit consent for health data (KVKK art. 6/2)
- Explicit consent for analytics cookies (KVKK art. 5/1) — withdrawable at any time from the cookie notice
6. Who we share it with
We never sell or transfer your data for marketing. Sharing happens only where the service requires it:

Transfers via Resend and Google constitute transfers abroad and fall under Article 9 of the KVKK. The map on our contact page is served by Google, which can access your IP address when you view that page.
7. Retention
Quote requests that do not become policies are kept for a reasonable period after the request is closed and then deleted. Records that become policies are retained for the limitation and retention periods set by insurance regulation.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties it is transferred to, at home or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met
- Request that corrections and erasures be notified to those it was transferred to
- Object to a result against you produced by automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
